“I am a 59 year old woman who has never been in a gym before. Boy, was I scared when I first saw all the machines! Brad helped me get over my fear. He took time out to explain their purpose, and why we do what we do to build our core. He always has a smile on his face, and can convince me I can do anything. After our workouts, he always emails or calls me to see how sore I am, or if anything hurts. Now I look forward to going 3 times a week and with his encouragement. I consider him not only my trainer but a new friend.”
