Sunday Outdoor Obstacle Class (seasonal)

A 90-minute outdoor class (weather permitting) focusing on obstacle technique and metabolic conditioning (strength + cardio).  We always begin with a thorough dynamic warmup and stretch, followed by a variety of stations each focusing on a different obstacle skill plus a couple exercises to stimulate the heart and lungs (and bump up the intensity). Last 30 min are usually spent refining technique plus a few fun and unusual obstacles to try out!
